Norman the Rich Rat

Norman Blight is the son of a military general from Icetown. As such, he was born rich, privileged, and mostly sheltered from the war against the sea people. After his birth, his mother slowly grew ashamed of his rat appearance, which ended up rubbing off on him. He tends to act rude and self-centered, due to his upbringing.
